I just bought a wireless network card and i need to find the WEP key. i have access to the computer that is plugged into the router, can i get the WEP key from that or would i have to crack it with aircrack-ng?

Now ever since I had to reset my router because I forgot my passphrase my router will start becoming really slow randomly and wont go away until I reset it. I used my router unsecured for about a day after I reset it the first time, then the problem started were it would become so slow it was unusable . I mean it was way slower than even dial up. Now every time I reset it and reconfig the security it will work for another couple of hours then it will start being slow again, and thats even if i use a ethernet cable to connect to the router. If I connect right to the cable modem then it works fine.
